The company was founded in early 2009 in San Diego to unify activities, methods, and experiences dating back to the nineties, and to streamline our offering using the latest virtualization techniques in order to optimize the return-on-investment our clients derive from our involvement with their mission-critical business and technology processes.

KM & Cie. unifies all its education-related projects in the competent hands of its KM.Learning Management unit. Its capabilities include:

KM.Soft Engineering

As a unit of KM & Cie., KM.Soft™ Engineering provides software engineering services for small to large (e.g. enterprise) software development and implementation projects. As a virtual organization, we have quick and efficient access to excellent resources on- and offshore to staff and execute a complete project. We follow industry best practices in requirements acquisition, analysis and management; object-oriented design and development (using proven Design Patterns); and iterative quality assurance deployment. We field teams with expertise in Microsoft® or Linux/Unix/open technologies, including IBM® enterprise technologies.
